100% of our lenses go through three control phases throughout the production process: after surfacing and engraving, after treatments, and after final edging.
We measure the complete topography of each lens, ensuring perfection at any point on its surface and not just at its reference points.

Sealed packaging
An ophthalmic lens is a medical device. And its packaging is not a minor detail. Would we buy a medication if it came in an unsealed paper envelope, instead of protected in a blister pack?
At PRATS we are the only manufacturers in Spain using sealed packaging for ophthalmic lenses, designed and validated so that each lens arrives protected, with no risk of contamination, exactly as required by ISO 13485 standards and the MDR Regulation.
The lens that leaves our factory is exactly the same one that arrives at each optical practice.
PRATS Unique ID
Traceability and commitment in every lens. PRATS Unique ID is a system that offers users digital access in wallet format to check their lens information at any time, its production phases and usage tips.
This experience is complemented by an alphanumeric code engraved on each lens, guaranteeing its authenticity and complete traceability for opticians and users.
