The values of our family roots
Human
Quality
Quality isn't just about products; it encompasses our relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers. For us, service is more than a transaction—it's a commitment.
Never Forgetting
Our Roots
We have grown into a multinational company operating in over 20 countries by maintaining the values with which we were born: closeness, ethics, and a deeply human approach.
A Place
for Everyone
At PRATS, we have a plan that promotes equal opportunities for women and men, non-discrimination, and integration.
Respect, Dialogue, and Job Security
We love seeing that those who join PRATS, join to stay. We wouldn't have achieved this without committing to the trusting work environment that PRATS represents today.
